AI capability does not automatically confer authority. As AI becomes part of operational decision-making, organisations need clarity on authority, accountability and the evidence that justifies it.

The work combines deep experience in Defence, aerospace and complex operations with current study and research in Artificial Intelligence.

About Matt
Matt Harvey
Matt has more than two decades of experience across engineering, consulting, organisational transformation, Defence and complex operations.
His career has spanned military and aerospace engineering, operational improvement, Defence consulting and command in demanding maritime environments.
He is currently completing a Master of Artificial Intelligence at La Trobe University and holds an MSc in Lean Service Operations from Cardiff University.
